Well known brand delivers to expectations. Location might be far from the station for some, especially if carrying big luggage. However, there are many good budget friendly eateries and restaurants around the area, plus two Family Marts right beside it. There’s a Sugi tax free store and Don Quijote store a stones throw away, for your bring-back-home finds. One can walk to the main Nagoya Station (it’s a good 15 to 20 minute walk), but the nearest subway station (Fushimi) should also suffice. Breakfast has a good spread, however, like nearly all hotels in Japan, the choices never change daily. Room is larger than the average room in Japan, for the same price range. Staff service is exceptional, quick to respond to our every request (extra sheets, etc), and nearly everyone can speak English fluently. They can also hold your luggage for you if you have 2 legs in your itinerary (we stayed for a few days first, then went to Kyoto, then came back to Hilton for another few days). This was definitely a plus, since we did not need to bring all 3 luggage with us and we did not need to rent a storage locker in the station.

Room was spacious for us family of 4 including a cot (provided by hotel without fee) Breakfast was good. My family enjoy having breakfast every morning. Staff at breakfast was very friendly especially to our baby/toddler. Ms Tsuta (if i didnt get her name wrongly) speaks good English having worked in Singapore for a long time. Location was good. Plenty of F&B options. 1 711 and 2 Family Mart nearby. 1 Starbucks (if you really need this) nearby. For us, the best was the availability of big pharmacy and Don Don Donki nearby which let us shop to our hearts content Taxi ride from Nagoya station (from JR Shinkansen taxi stand) cost us JPY1,300 Taxi from hotel to taxi stand at Takashimaya side of Nagoya station cost us about JPY800

The good experience process started with manager Mr Matsushita when we booked an ordinary room. He offered to upgrade us after we requested a high floor. The upgrade was totally worth it. Concierge Ms Oi then helped us with luggage and information. Both were cheerful, respectful and professional. We also enjoyed the staff in the executive lounge. We like to commend the executive lounge host Ms Wakaomi. When we visited the lounge , we saw Ms Wakaomi hard at work and yet took the time to ensure our comfort. Even Ms Wada from the in place cafe was very nice

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They provided restaurant suggestions and made reservations for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and my husband was really impressed with the gym. Breakfast was amazing- I wish I were hungrier to take more advantage of all the different types of food. We only stayed for one night but would have stayed longer if we could. There is so much to do in Nagoya and we only touched the surface. Hope to return in the future!

The hotel was easy to find and it is located close to a bus stop and a train station. There is also a convenience store right across the street, and there are quite a lot restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I think it has one of the best services out of the hotels we've ever stayed in in Japan.
